Jan  paints mainly in watercolour and silk.  She gets very excited about colour and her favourite subject for painting is flowers.

Jan holds weekly watercolour flower painting  classes for Bucks Adult Continuing Education, silk painting and watercolour weekends for the Field Studies Council.

She also holds watercolour and silk painting workshops in her studio near Buckingham.

Apart from the Milton Keynes Society of Artists, she is also a member of the Winslow & District Art Society, the Visual Images Group and the Buckinghamshire Art Society and exhibits regularly throughout the year.
